Helping Pets of Hurricane Katrina

Some people question why we should donate to help animal who have been affected by the hurricane. One good reason is that these animals were loved and cared for by the human victims of the hurricane. In some cases the pets are the only family the victims have. Helping these pets helps the victims too. Imagine your whole life blown away and being reunited with your dog. If anything would give you hope, that would. Please consider any of these charities when thinking of the victims of Hurricane Katrina:
